COYOTES PRACTICE AT EAGAN CIVIC ARENA OPEN TO PUBLIC
MINNESOTA WILD, TARGET CENTER, PHOENIX COYOTES AND MINNESOTA AMATUER SPORTS COMMISSION (MASC) DONATE $45,000 TO YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAMS [October 1, 1998] -- SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The National Hockey League's (NHL) Minnesota Wild in conjunction with the Phoenix Coyotes announced today that the Coyotes will hold an "Open Practice" at the Eagan Civic Arena on Thursday, October 1 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The arena will open at 12:45 p.m. for fans. Admission is free, presented by the Minnesota Wild. The Eagan Civic Arena is located at 3830 Pilot Knob Road. These three programs provide thousands of underserved kids throughout Minnesota the opportunity to learn to skate and to play the sport of hockey. The Minnesota Wild announced the September 30th game between the Phoenix Coyotes and Dallas Stars was the largert crowd ever for an NHL pre-season game in the state of Minnesota with 18,294 tickets sold for the game. |
